Human Kind

Ambitions must be broad enough to include the needs of others,
you will not believe as long as you do not love one another,
Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
I am a Hindu, a Moslem, a Christian, a Jew...

One who dares to waste has not discovered the value of life,
Our planet is the heart of the great Web of All Life,
Service is the rent we pay for the privilege of living,
Remember, no one has ever become poor by giving

The best of the houses is where orphans get kindness,
Yet the weakness of humanity is our blindness,
Ink of scholars is more sacred than the blood of the martyr,
Above all, thou shalt not be a victim nor a bystander

We give thanks to the Creator for these fruits of the sea,
We must become the change that we want to see,
The frog does not drink up the pond in which he lives,
For the value of a person resides in what they give

Whenever you are confronted with an opponent, conquer him with love,
An individual has not started living until he can rise above,
Thousand hacking at the branches of evil to one striking at the root,
You are only to perform your duty without an eye on their fruit

A generous heart, service and compassion are the things which renew humanity,
There is no beauty in the finest cloth if it makes hunger and poverty,
The real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth,
you have the courage within you to fulfill the purpose of your birth

A man is not considered a good man because he is good at talking,
One does not sell the earth upon which the people are walking,
Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be,
Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy

The meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in peace,
Christ warned that warfare will not cease, but will increase,
We give our children answers to remember rather than problems to solve,
Preech the right opinion, speech, conduct, employment, exertion, and resolve

God will free you from slavery with a strong hand and outstretched arm,
Nobody should consider himself superior nor do harm,
A power which enslaves the individual by terror and force, an enemy it must,
May the world we leave them be a better one than was left to us
